Ryan Harper is a Financial Professional with Equitable Advisors, focusing in comprehensive retirement planning for individuals, families, and businesses. Since 2019, Ryan has helped clients achieve financial confidence through customized strategies in investments, retirement planning, tax and estate planning strategies, and risk management. He holds FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 registrations. 

In 2022, Ryan was promoted to Vice President of Equitable Advisors’ Scottsdale office, where he now leads a team of financial professionals. In this role, he focuses on helping more families achieve their financial goals while mentoring and empowering them as they build successful careers in the industry.

When serving clients, Ryan focuses on serving niche markets including clergy, public service professionals, and  businesses—groups with unique financial challenges and opportunities. His planning-first approach strives to assist clients in focusing on what matters most while helping them feel secure about their financial future.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Ryan lives with his wife, Jessica, their dog, Jax, and their son, Andrew “Drew” Harper, born in December 2024. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys traveling, golfing, serving his local church, and spending quality time with his family—especially making memories with Drew.
